Payment for services is due as specified in your invoice or contract.
Late or missed payments may result in paused or terminated services.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, and designs created by Grande Websites remain our property until full payment is received.
Once fully paid, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables.
We may feature completed projects in our portfolio unless requested otherwise.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide necessary content, images, and approvals promptly.
Delays in providing requested materials may impact timelines.
Clients confirm they have legal rights to any materials they submit to us.

5. Revisions & Approvals

Projects include a set number of revisions, as specified in your agreement.
Additional revisions beyond that may be billed separately.
Once final approval is given, any future changes are treated as new work.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If a project is canceled after work has started, the client will be billed for all work completed up to that point.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for violations of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or misuse of our services.
We do not guarantee specific results or performance of marketing campaigns or websites.

8. Privacy & Data Use

Our use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
You consent to receive email and SMS updates regarding services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time.

9. SMS Communication & Consent

By submitting your contact information or interacting with our site, you consent to receive SMS messages for scheduling, updates, and promotions.
